In my new ebook, I’m sharing my story of dealing with 20 years of excruciating migraines, as well as how I’ve been able to live the past 10 years virtually migraine-free. If you suffer from migraines, I hope that my strategies and recommendations will help improve your quality of life and you’ll live with less migraines.

Through my own research on migraines, I’ve compiled research-based strategies that may support the prevention or reduction of migraines. Anyone who’s ever had a migraine knows how debilitating it can be, and migraineurs who experience rebound headaches for long periods of time would do anything to have more migraine-free days.

On more than one occasion, I’ve had a migraine last for three months straight – day in and day out I suffered with no relief. The last time this happened, it felt like my head was literally splitting open and I couldn’t stop crying. I called my primary care doctor and she ordered an MRI and offered me an oxygen tank – I was only 35. It was at that point that I knew something had to change. The migraine meds were no longer working, I was slipping deeper into depression and felt completely hopeless. I knew that if I didn’t figure out how to end this vicious cycle, I’d likely die by suicide.

Because I’ve always been curious and liked finding solutions to problems – I put my skills to work to improve my situation. Once I found research-supported natural remedies, I started taking them immediately, and within two weeks, I felt relief.  When I went to a neurologist and shared with him what I was taking, he said he’d just come from a conference and learned that this actually works, He went on to say as long as it’s working, don’t come back to see him and I never saw him again. While there is research to support that the combination of supplements I took can prevent migraines, there’s no guarantee that it will help everyone. However, if you’re suffering and feel like you’ve tried everything,  I hope it helps you. You can read what I took to alleviate migraines on page 11 and read some of the research on page 12 of my ebook.

Be Well,

Keisha
