It’s the best season of all, so I’m here to welcome it with open arms. I know there will be haters (of fall) that will try to say it really isn’t the best season, but honestly there isn’t anything to debate. Listen! Fall is the most colorful, vibrant, season of all. Fall literally has an aesthetic. What other season literally wow’s us! I’ll wait….. Fall puts on a show for us every year and every year I’m even more impressed than I was the year before.  Fall is indeed a lifestyle.

For those of us in the northeast, it can get a pretty cool at night, but don’t worry, I have a list of fall essentials that will keep you warm all season long!

1.  I’m very much a coffee drinker, but a few years ago I discovered David’s Tea during a visit to Calgary, CA. It changed me forever and from that point on, I’ve been all about teas. I have different teas for different seasons. Once you go loose leaf, you can never, ever go back to using tea bags again. Don’t believe me? Try it and see! So, here are my recommendations from David’s Tea. My absolute favorite is caffeine-free Organic Cinnamon Chai Rooibos. It has a strong cinnamon flavor with apple undertones. The cinnamon gives it a robust, yet subtle sweet taste, so you don’t even need to add sugar or honey.  The next one we have on deck is Organic Earl Grey. This is a high caffeine, super aromatic black tea with bergamot, cornflower, and tangerine flavoring. This is my husband’s all time favorite!  Another favorite that I discovered last winter and still love is caffeine-free Organic Super Ginger. This tea is made with ginger, rooibos, and peppercorns. This tea really has a bite to it and I love it! I drink this after dinner almost daily because of its anti-inflammatory properties and it aids with digestion.

We literally live on all three of these all fall and winter. David’s Tea has a store on Amazon, so be sure to check it out and find your fall favorites.

2.  Once you get some loose leaf tea, you’ll definitely need this DAVIDs TEA steeper.  It come in 16oz and 32oz.  You’ll never have to worry about any of the tea getting inside my cup!

3.  We love a good throw for the sofa.  Bedsure Fleece throw to cover-up on chilly days and this one super affordable.

4.  For the girlies who sip tea and coffee slowly because you never want it to end. Try the Ember Smart Mug. If you’re working in an office, this is really nice to have.

5.  What says fall more than candles?  Bath & Body Works has so many amazing scents this time of year.  One of my most favorite things all year round are candles, but nothing beats fall scents.   Here are some of my favorite fall scents from Bath & Body Works, but you’ll find a list of some my favorites by Yankee Candle in my article 5 Essentials For Working From Home
